post partum period. Topics including medication, anesthesia and
cesarean birth are also discussed.

Ideal for the busy couple, this
abbreviated 6-hour course (one full day or two 3-hour sessions)
covers pregnancy, labor, birth, medications and anesthesia and
the role of the support person. Learn basic techniques for
managing early labor.

and support the development of your baby’s body and help babies
relax, sleep better and digest easier. Babies 6 weeks to
